No complete. Missing adapter on first try
The first one came with all the parts loose in a plastic bag labeled with a bar code and the words "Ready to Ship." There are six adapters, including two for Canon, 18mm and 22mm, a cloth bag, the device, and one page of instructions. The adapter labeled "Canon 18mm" measured 22mm, as did the adapter labeled "Canon 22mm." As fate would have it, I need the Canon 18mm. Amazon accepted the return and promised a replacement in two days.Update. The new viewfinder arrived in two days, as promised, new in box this time, complete with the needed 18mm adapter. It fits well now.The optics seem good, especially for the price. With the wrong adapter, the device wasn't connected securely to the camera. I did a couple test shots and did not get good focus with autofocus, even though I got a sharp image in the viewfinder. I blame the camera / lens / operator. In the field, I intend to use manual focus when necessary. There will be a learning curve. My muscle memory for the shutter release and aperture / shutter speed dial is disoriented with the device attached, especially in portrait orientation. Moving my hand for the diopter adjustment complicated this.I'm hoping the next one is new in box and that I have a better experience. I bought this to use in hand held close up garden photography.

Will NOT fit on a Fuji XE-2
Despite what is advertised it will not fit over the Fuji XE-2 finder. I was disappointed but, seller did reimburse my purchase. Customer service is good.

Very helpful for low level photography
I purchased the right angle viewfinder for my Nikon d500 camera to be able to take eye level shots of wildlife (e.g. ducks on the water, ground foraging birds and mammals). It works great for that purpose and comes with several adapters so that I could use it for my Nikon d7100 as well. The ability to turn the viewfinder from upright to different angles really helps when my neck is sore or I need to shift positions. The reason for four stars is that I found it necessary to use a adjustable pliers to remove the screw-on ring that attaches to the camera after removing the viewfinder when I replace it with the camera's viewfinder. This means another tool to carry with me in the field if I want/need to swap viewfinders when shooting wildlife.

2 Gotchas - refocus every time you switch, and covers the eye sensor
The product is better than I thought it was going to be, optically and mechanically. However, it has two flaws that make it practically unusable for me - for taking shots of birds. Why I bought it:I have an old 100-400mm L lens on a Canon T4i body. The lens AF is broken and it's too expensive to fix, so I'm manually focusing the lens. Since the T4i doesn't have an EVF, I can't tell precisely if I'm in focus or not, so my keeper rate is low. I was hoping this viewfinder would allow me to quickly flip to 2.5 zoom, check the focus, and flip back to 1X (so I could read the ISO/aperture/exposure time in the viewfinder). Why it doesn't work for me:1. the Right Angle Viewfinder has to be manually refocused when switching between 1X and 2.5X. So it's not just a flip of the switch. This turns out to take so much time, that it's not worth switching back to 1X.2. I could just look at the LCD on the back for my ISO/exposure time/aperture - but that doesn't work anymore either, because the T4i's eye sensor is covered by the right-angle, so it thinks I'm still looking through the viewfinder, and therefore turns off the LCD.Conclusion:Optically, and mechanically, it's a great device. You just can't use it dynamically because you can't both adjust the camera parameters and be zoomed in. Switching between 2.5 and 1X is too slow, takes too many steps. I would have given it 3 stars, if the product description had been honest and mentioned these two caveats - which I'm confident apply to a majority of cameras.
