Received this coffee about 20 days after the roast date. It has a pleasant fruity aroma with clearly distinct chocolate and toasted nuts notes. The bittersweet aftertaste is quite unique and lingers well. It also produces a decent crema. I genuinely enjoy drinking this coffee every morning. Easily a 5/5 for me

The best variety of coffee for filter coffee. Better than even the filter coffee variant of third wave in my opinion It has a full body and nutty, smoky, chocolate, somewhat spicy even. Smell is amazing, especially in the back of the throat after gulping down the coffee HOWEVER the quality isn't consistent. Sometimes we get an awesome batch and sometimes we get months old batch which doesn't taste that special. Hence the 3-4 star rating on an otherwise 5 star coffee They need to send the latest batch for us to get our money's worth instead of thinking the customers won't understand the problem with sending older coffee

Got a 2 months old batch. For dark roasts this will ruin the flavour and aromas.

While the quality of the coffee is decent, I feel the price point is on the higher side. There are more affordable options in the market that offer similar or even better value. As someone who has been brewing fresh ground coffee for over 8 years using a Bialetti Moka Pot, French Press, and pour-over methods, I’ve come across several alternatives that provide a comparable experience at a lower cost. In summary, this coffee is a good choice for dark roast enthusiasts who prefer their coffee black, but it may not be the best option for those who enjoy milk-based coffee drinks.
