Q: How does the winch work? Is there a handle to wind it up?

There is a dial on the side of the winch. My 6 year old son can wind it up pretty easy, though my adult fingers have a little more trouble. The winch does come off so sometimes he would take it off and wind it and out it back on.

Q: Is this an authentic Schleich product?

Hello! Yes, I believe it was an official Schleich set when I purchased in back in 2019 with Amazon as the seller and shipper. There is a different seller and shipper now. You could try contacting them for an assurance it’s an authentic offering? Grandkids loved it then, love it now.

Q: Do you sell any replacement rangers ? My dog ate the ranger from the Jeep set.
