I'm looking for jacks to raise a sinking floor on a older single family home (about 900 sqf)... Has anyone used this jack for similar type lifting?

I purchased the 30 ton Big Red Torin jack to change out the wood posts supporting the floor joists of my old home (1000 SF). This jack was perfect for the job. I used the jack to raise the joists just high enough to knock out the old post and replace it with a new post. It did the job with ease. Each pump of the handle raises the load about an eighth inch. I hope this helps.

This jack doesnt work

Just purchased tried to use and it doesnt work wont jack up. Yes i turned the screw clock wise before jacking it to try and release the air. But cant even get that far

Came missing the handle . Cannot use without it. Sucks

it works as I intended it for assembling of king pins

It works perfectly but I dislike the fact that the first ram keeps raising up after I have lowered it, when it's out, it can cause rust formation eventually on the chrome damaging scraper seal and be an issue storing it on my tool cart
