Easy to read, makes things simple, insightful and easy to implement
Easy to read, makes things simple, insightful and easy to implement. The best part is the book consistently summarisesn & revises the learnings as it moves along. Fairly logical yet helps in rethinking and breaking the past biases. Second best part - one can constantly practice n implement.

A simple and easy to relate but deep dive and thought provoking read
The book is a simple but engaging read. It keeps you reading as it explains with real life examples as well keeps you relating to your self. There are pod casts mentioned for relevant sections which when watched give a more detailed overview on the section. Every section has place for you to note your actions and behaviour. By the end of the book you don’t even miss any actionable you feel can help you change your behaviour over a longer period. All the Analytics for the study Are further shared at the end of the book with links to be followed. Even these are helpful to get a deep dive on each section that you read.

If you can't coach ,you're not a leader ! Go grab this book ,now !
I liked the practical approach the author has kept in mind before preaching any theory. Yes ! This book is a must act rather than a must read . The author has ensured he doesnt add unnecessary stories ,topics just to make the book appear brilliant. It's straight to the point and makes you want to start acting on the 7 questions .

Great read
Great read to give you a lot of skills. However, the author should focus more on keeping an open minded approach instead of giving fixed rules. Nonetheless, the rules will help you get very far. Must read stuff
