They’re perfect straight out of the can, I typically just eat them out of the can or fry them in a pan with a little butter they taste great!! or you could toss into a salad, or paired with some crackers for a light lunch or you could mash them up with a little lemon juice and spread them on toast—delicious! Nutrition-wise, these are a win. With 12g of protein per serving, they’re a great way to fuel up, especially since I’ve been trying to stick to a keto-friendly diet. They’re also gluten-free, which is a bonus for anyone with dietary restrictions. I feel good knowing they’re wild-caught too—quality matters, and these deliver. The packaging is super convenient. These make great treats at a really good price point for dogs, plus they contain high omega 3 content which is so good for your pups brain health and joint health. These ones are perfect because they're in water rather than oil which is supposed to be better for the dog. They can kind of fall apart but the texture doesn't feel too mushy when you try to pick them up so use a spoon or something to get under them if they're hard to pull out of the can. Smells super fishy and fresh and the dogs love that. They were going wild for them, sardines aren't really my favorite personally but my pups were going bannanas for them and at one dollar for a can with like 7 little fish you cant go wrong.

Great nutrition for the price but they are quite mushy. I can't eat them on their own like other more expensive sardines but for cooking or being mashed up they're fine. They also make a great cheap dog treat.

Has a different, less of a flavor to a few decades ago. People are so sensitive to oils so your mind has to adjust a little to sardines as they taste now. I still enjoyed the can of it almost as much as before and am happy I made the purchase. So cost effective for a very good protein designed for emergencies. Even the salt content has been lowered. This is a bonus since salt can always be added by the user. I personally prefer the skins on. For my heart, that's the best part of the fish. Skins also add flavor. These are not very flavorful. Sprinkling a little seasoning on them would be pretty much essential for most of us.

There's a good fresh there's no negative from being in water instead of oil pricing with other items in the store and they're a good bargain and they're the same or better quality

Taste great amd fair price

Great tasting sardines and a very reliable brand. However, they arrived via USPS like sardine slush. They must have been jostled and shaken pretty hard during shipping. I'll be buying them at my local store instead.
