Easy fit, works great 2012 Cadillac CTS
I needed to replace the cracked and worn keyfobs for my 2012 CTS and these fit perfectly. I was even able to swap the metal key from the original top onto these but I could have also used the original tops key with them. I just preferred the brushed top they came with. Swap took no more than 5 mins per fob and they’ve worked flawlessly with my original circuit boards with no need to program a new fob!These seem reasonably well made for the price and while they don’t have the Cadillac logo on them like the originals that was not an important factor for me.

Save Time and Money, replace the FOB case and not the entire Key FOB.
Great replacement for a cracked and delipidated key FOB case. There's no need to replace the entire FOB if just the case is falling apart. This is pretty quick and easy to take the guts out of the old FOB and put them into the replacement case. Save some money, time and inconvenience.

tried more than 17 times--circuit board was a no go--could not close easily unless circuit board was not inside--hard to open. No instructions, so, had to go to U-tube. With everything installed correctly, was very hard to close and buttons did not depress at all. Finally, the piece of junk broke so I threw it out with the garbage and am back to using the original one that came with the truck--had a small crack which is why I thought of getting another case--actually thought it was me so I bought a second unit--turned out to work no better than the first one, so I sent it back rather than try, try again.

With a little improvement….it could be a 5 star…
Key fob closes securely, case buttons work well, key from original fob fit in this new fob making for an easy transfer. What could use improvement is….add a gasket in between the halves for a better seal, battery contact area in the case is a poor fit…it needs work….And as others have stated, make a cutout in the rear of the case to transfer the Cadillac crest.

Put your old trunk key in the new FOB!
Easy to change out! You can have your new key cut and stored safe somewhere, and just put your original trunk key right into the new FOB. For our CTS Coupe this was an exact 💯 replacement. Who cares about the Cadillac emblem. People don't look at my FOB they look at my car🤣🤣! Great price too... Buy one!
