Q: They say dry enviornment? Can these be used to secure a gazebo to a concrete pad?

I would say yes because it's not constantly wet. If the concrete is wet most of the time it can get flaky and not hold tight.

Q: Can this be used to attach an a/c mini-split wall mount brackets to stucco?

These are perfect for any cement or stucco surface.

Q: what size bosch concrete SDS drill bit is needed to use with these concrete screws?

3/8 inch drill size. The bolt shaft is a hair under 3/8 inch an the thread diameter is about 7/16ths You will need a 3/8 inch ratchet wrench to torque these in. I used a power driver and snapped the adapter bit. The holding power is amazing.
