I think it would work for any car. The way it's designed, you just need to insert between your seat and the console. Very sleek. I love it!!

What is the rectangular foam piece with 2 adhesive strips on the side used for?

If there is a wide gap between seat and console, the foam is a spacer to narrow the gap

Does this work right and left?

If you are sitting on the drivers seat it only works for the right arm. If you are sitting on the passenger seat it only works for the left arm.
