With a platform bed and a relatively new extra firm top mattress, we decided to get a topper for more whole body support, softness and comfort. The 4" option was a good choice for my big husband, as well as keeping the bed surface even, it's a solid kind of cushy without being too spongy, and the pillow top is really comfortable. It's been a game changer, we are sleeping more comfortably and soundly, less shoulder and back aches in the morning. We don't wake each other up anymore rolling over. It arrived ahead of schedule in a pro, compact package, easy to set-up and no odor. This pillow top topper is a quality product and good investment. We are really glad we chose the ViscoSoft.

Terrible product and worse seller!The topper started breaking down 60 days into its use. The middle sagged and the edges collapsed under weight. Physically, the topper looked fine, as it is foam that can support its own weight. In use, however, it was of no value.I contacted the seller and they did everything possible to stall and delay. They asked for pictures many times despite being told that the product failure was not visible. They asked for the same information over and over again. I was kicked from agent to agent, and always was refused access to a supervisor.The foam is 3" thick, and they, after many emails, virtually said there is not warranty unless there is a 1.5" visible defect. Stated differently, there is not relief until 50% of the product totally breads down. This means, there is no warranty until half of the foam collapses under its own weight. I suspect that is physically impossible.The seller dragged this out for two months. All along, they acted like the warranty would be honored, but then they slammed the door on discussions after all return and refund remedies expired.The product did near nothing for me from the start. It broke down and became totally defective in a very short time. The seller was not honorable or understanding. In my opinion, run from this topper, and avoid dealing with this seller at all cost.
