Absolutely 5+ Star Customer Service
Pump leaked on the discharge side immediately upon install, I lightly tightened it up 1/4 turn more and realized the housing on the threads was cracked. I boxed it back up, wrote to the company on amazon and received a shipping qr code to exchange the pump. This was on a Friday night so I figured I would go Monday to return the pump at ups. WELL, today is Sunday, and a brand new pump just showed up at my door step! Idk about you, but I have never dealt with a company that moves this fast! I will definitely be ordering from them again. as far as the everflo pump, this is my 4th one, they work great! I use a harsh chemical so they do not last long for me but for $200 i just replace them regularly.

best pump yet - EDIT 3 years of operation
This the third pump i have bought over the years for irrigation around my house. I collect rain water and have a battery with solar panel to run the pump with a surge tank. This pump is very strong and has a lot of volume, put the others to shame. I can have more than one faucet running and it still keeps up. Great pump and has been perfect for 6 months. 3 YEARS LATER EDIT The pump is still working but the bearings are noisy now and it leaks from the front area of the pump. I might not buy this again because of the short warranty, other pumps have lifetime warranties, something to consider.

Not what I expected
I have been using these pumps to spray Roundup. First one had an issue with the relay, then started leaking. Second one had about 4 hours on it and just quit. Not sure why, and I haven't had time to troubleshoot except checking for power. No rebuild kit for this model seems to be available. I contacted Everflo and they responded with a list of a bunch of questions before considering warranty. No real help to get me back spraying. All I really needed was the rebuild kit to fix the leaky gasket, would even pay for it. All in all a waste of significant money and time. Imported junk. Actually the cheap harbor freight pumps I used to use lasted better, but weren't as strong. I thought this one would be the ticket. Bailing on this and going with a 3 point PTO pump.

The quality of the pumps from everflow has dropped
Purchased many 7GPM Pumps from everflow through out the years and now they changed how their pumps are built. The new version only lasted me about 4 months. The older model lasted about a year maybe a year and a half. Writing this from a softwash job I’m at right now and the pump decided to kick the bucket midway through. These things aren’t cheap, so to be spending 260$+ every 4 months adds up

After it sits for a 1/2 hour or so it's good to go again
Using as a brine pump to spray magnesium chloride liquid ice melt. Plenty of power to run 7 number ten stream jet nozzles. My one criticism is it cuts out intermittently and we can't seem to figure out why. After it sits for a 1/2 hour or so it's good to go again.

Great pump but No fuse, looks different??9
This pump is great just curious as why there isnt a fuse in the one I just ordered. I use these pumps for a pressure washing business. (possibly an update made) Also, this pump looks different than the picture shown in the description. Mume came out of the box with a blue casing instead of black.

Do not buy this pump
DO NOT BUY THIS PUMP. I bought the first one, over a year ago, as a backup. Pulled it off the shelf to put into use and within an hour it blew a seal and leaked all over. Bought another at the end of Dec. 2020 and within two hours, the pressure switch failed. Took switch off the first one and put it back into service. One month later, it stopped pumping. motor ran but would not pump. Emailed customer service but got no response. Just got off the phone with customer service and was advised that softwashing with bleach voids the warranty. So all the advertisement about the one year warranty and viton seals for chemical use is a big lie. I have been using Delevan pumps for eight years with zero issues. They simply wear out from many months of continuous use, which is to be expected. I will spend the extra little bit of money and go back to Delevan.

Great pump for almost all 12v applications
I have used this pump for 3 months now as my main water pump on my houseboat. I noticed that it is marketed as a pump for spraying chemicals or barrel watering however it works great for RV water pumps etc. The preasure and gpm are great. Testing the pump I had 2 faucets and the shower running and still great preasure eventually my breaker kicked out because of excessive load but shows how hard the pump works. Easy to install just don't torque plastic fittings hard as they will crack because they are week(jb weld solved that problem) . This thing is a beast and I highly recommend it.

Pulsating flow
I use this pump for watering the garden from a large rain barrel. The self priming is good. The water flows through a 5/8" dia hose 50 feet long or more. There are two things that annoy me... One is the pump will pulsate if I partially block the hose with my thumb to make the water spray out. My other pump from a different manufacturer (that doesn't exist anymore) does not have this problem even though it has the same auto shut-off like this one and same psi. Two, if you disconnect the power to the pump the pump will obviously stop but the water continues to flow out the hose unless I use the shut-off valve to the tank.
