Set this lid on a 5 gallon bucket that came without a spout. Used a dead blow hammer to set it on the bucket. Tight take fit - no leaks.

Fits perfectly on my Home Depot 5 gallon bucket! We bought a fish table with a sink and needed something to catch the water in, and this worked perfectly with the plumbing that came with the table.

I have to transport used motor oil for recycling and it absolutely cannot spill. I also have to have a pour spout. This sucker works, and it’s almost too good. I’m still trying to get the lid of one of my buckets and it’s nearly impossible. It definitely won’t leak once it’s snapped onto a bucket.

I was hoping to be able to take this off and on multiple times. However, the fit is so tight that if I mash it on all the way, I will have to cut the tabs to get it off again. But if you are looking for a tight fit, this is it.

Did not fit standard 5 gallon bucket. Seal is awful.
