Increases mental capacity
I take one in the morning, and maybe another in the evening, but not too close to bedtime or it’ll keep me up longer, I think. The serving size is two capsules, but I noticed that I’m sensitive and will feel jittery with two, and one is perfect. So I take one and space it apart. You could just take one a day if you’re sensitive like me. I notice the difference more when I take it in the morning.

unlike Psilocybin this does form new connections in your brain
✅ Contains no norbaeocystin, baeocystin, psilocin, nor psilocybin✅ Size 00 capsules easy to swallow🔻🔻🔻 undisclosed polysaccharides75% less costly than Host Defense Lion's Mane. WHY?A 2017 meta study shares, "Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers., also known as Yamabushitake, Houtou and Lion's Mane, is capable of fortifying the spleen and nourishing the stomach, tranquilizing the mind, and fighting cancer. Over the past decade, it has been demonstrated that H. erinaceus polysaccharides possess various promising bioactivities, including antitumor and immunomodulation, anti-gastric ulcer, neuroprotection and neuroregeneration, anti-oxidation and hepatoprotection, anti-hyperlipidemia, anti-hyperglycemia, anti-fatigue and anti-aging. The purpose of the present review is to provide systematically reorganized information on extraction and purification, structure characteristics, biological activities, and industrial applications of H. erinaceus polysaccharides to support their therapeutic potentials and sanitarian functions."While a 2019 meta study highlights depression mitigation, "Depression is a common and severe neuropsychiatric disorder that is one of the leading causes of global disease burden. Although various anti-depressants are currently available, their efficacies are barely adequate and many have side effects. Hericium erinaceus, also known as Lion's mane mushroom, has been shown to have various health benefits, including antioxidative, antidiabetic, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antihyperglycemic, and hypolipidemic effects. It has been used to treat cognitive impairment, Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease. Bioactive compounds extracted from the mycelia and fruiting bodies of H. erinaceus have been found to promote the expression of neurotrophic factors that are associated with cell proliferation such as nerve growth factors. Although antidepressant effects of H. erinaceus have not been validated and compared to the conventional antidepressants, based on the neurotrophic and neurogenic pathophysiology of depression, H. erinaceus may be a potential alternative medicine for the treatment of depression."A 2021 review highlights it among 21 compounds worth your consideration, "In total 21 categories of nutrients and phytonutrients were included, i.e., α-lipoic acid, Bacopa monnieri, B vitamins, cholinergic precursors, vitamin D, vitamin E, Ginkgo biloba, ginseng, lion's mane mushroom, N-acetyl cysteine, omega-3 fatty acids, aloe polysaccharides, Rhodiola rosea, rosemary, saffron, tart cherries, turmeric, wild yam, Withania somnifera, xanthines, and zinc. Particular noteworthy effects on cognition included memory, recollection, attention, intelligence, vocabulary, recognition, response inhibition, arousal, performance enhancement, planning, creative thinking, reaction time, vigilance, task switching, orientation to time, place, and person, reading, writing, comprehension, accuracy, learning, information processing speed, executive function, mental flexibility, daily functioning, decrease in mental fatigue, and freedom from distractibility. Some nutrients and phytonutrients also improved mood and contentedness and reduced anxiety and the need for caregiving. These effects are not completely consistent or ubiquitous across all patient populations or health statuses. Adverse effects were minimal or nonexistent."

Lion's Mane is my "go-to" for helping with ADHD
I don't want to take prescription stimulants for my ADHD. There are only two supplements (so far) that I've found that work to help with my symptoms and Lion's Mane is one of them. These pills are easy to swallow and have no after taste. They have been similar in strength and effectiveness as other brands of Lion's Mane that I've tried. These are a great value--two months worth for under $12 is an excellent price.

Memory support
I have taken Lions Mane for years for brain health. I read a study years ago that suggested Lion's Mane mushrooms help prevent cognitive disorders such as dementia. This supplement 1000 mg of Lions Mane per serving. Serving size is 2 capsules and the bottle contains 120 capsules. Lions Mane helps with focus and is also said to have immune boosting properties. The capsules are easy to swallow with no unpleasant smell.
