I bought this to make my own cat shelves for padding for them. It worked great was able to staple it down even. I will be buying this again for future projects.

Like that it is firm, I used this product to replace the foam in my patio furniture.

I liked this unfortunataly it was too big. This foam expands like a memory foam mattress. It was to big for my purpose. Due to the expansion I was unable to roll it up & return in the box it was sent in. UPS wanted 40-60$ for a box to fit for the return. Amazon said I cannot return the item unless I could get it in a box.

Looked online for tutorials on how to trim. Made a huge mess cutting the foam, but eventually got them to the right size. It was a struggle getting them in the cushion covers (ever tried to put a cat in a pillow case? I haven't either, but I think it would be like this ...). Old cushions were hard as rock; these ones are still really firm, but better. Not inexpensive, but much cheaper than what an upholster would charge (if you could find one!).

Bought this to replace foam in outdoor recliners. LET ME WARN YOU - this stuff expands INSTANTLY. I had read things to that effect in other reviews, so we had the seat cover ready to go once we cut it to the desired measurement. It was still quite a challenge to get the foam in the cover, and that was with 2 adults. However, we had TWO of them to do. By the time we got to the second one, it was near impossible to get the foam in. It would've been easier to herd cats. It's in, but it's not pretty. We're hoping it adjusts itself by next summer. Still, it's pretty comfortable to sit on (the other cushions were horribly worn out), so I would purchase this again. Maybe cut a little smaller than you need, like an inch. With how much this expands, you'll never notice.
