I love Kelly Moore but this design ... - This is a nice bag. I love Kelly Moore but this design has some major flaws. The openings are too tight and too small. The zipper kept scratching my hands and camera body/lenses every time I would put them in or pull them out. I now have scratches on my brand new Canon 5D Mark iv. I am furious and sad that such a small feature, like a harsh zipper could damage my equipment. I also reached out to the customer service at Kelly Moore to express my concern over the design and they were not helpful AT ALL! In fact, they were downright rude and ignorant. I am very disappointed in how they handled this situation and will be reconsidering my loyalty. The customer service staff at Midwest Photo - MPEX were extremely helpful in gracious in allowing me to return this product. I would warn you from buying this bag until they redesign a few things. Each opening is WAY too small! It cannot comfortably fit a laptop, camera body, 1 lense and 1 flash plus extras. Once you get your equipment loaded, it can barely zip. Every opening in this bag is way too small and the zipper will damage and scratch equipment and hands. Review: The zipper is weak - I love the design of the bag but the zipper no longer works. It will not zip which is not safe for storing camera equipment. I am disappointed in the quality of the zipper.

This is a nice bag. I love Kelly Moore but this design has some major flaws. The openings are too tight and too small. Gorgeous bag. I get compliments all the time. Vegan leather is a big plus. Doesn't matter if I get caught in the rain without an umbrella! I don't have to worry about water stains or other damage.

Poor Design, But Pretty!
The bag looks great, but isn't very practical. I barely have anything in the bag -- my small mirrorless camera and an extra lens. My wallet barely fits. Because it's a back-pack style with one huge compartment, you need to pile your necessary items (sweater, water bottle, etc.) on top of the camera slots. When you need your camera, of course you have to unload half your bag. The front zipper compartments are really just decorative; I've tried to use them for mints or car keys, but the zippers are so tight that I keep scratching my fingers. They could make this so much for functional by adding real pockets in the front with expanding fabric. They could create a more accessible camera compartment...so many other way to make the space work instead of just shoving the padded camera case into the bottom. I feel they could put a little more thought into it and have an amazing bag.
