The end of wires that are to be connected to the PCB don't have any method of connecting other than having to spend more money to buy the pins, crimper and connector.

Picture ok, description not so much
Description says 40 x 10mm -- actual thickness is ~19.1mm (diameter is irrelevant). Description says cable length is 2.1cm; actual length is more like 3FT.Overall, this looks like it will work fine.
