Can't find anything on belt other than made by VISMIX. I would Goggle the company. Great, well made belt, it works great.

Having an issue with the belt loosening up by slipping in the buckle. Anyone know a fix?

I had the same issue. What I did is tighten it just a little too tight, then wrapped the loose end right behind the buckle with gorilla tape. Zero issues since.

I have a 44inch waist and wear 38 size jeans, what size shpuld i order? M or L?

Large , better to have adjustable room

Inner belt go around your regukar belt or replaces inner belt? Also does it secure to itself if replaces the inner belt? Asking for a friend. Thanks!

The inner belt goes through your belt loops. Then you place the tactical belt on top for better secure fit like you would do with web gear.
