Seller poor response time & customer service.
I’m gonna be very honest, the frame is nice. Putting it together was a nightmare. I had to YouTube how to do it because the instructions were aweful. Only one of the 5 fans I bought with it did not work and missing screws that are needed to keep the PSU on the frame. I contacted the seller and only got one response back. I had to fight with amazon over 3 weeks to get a refund. Buyer beware!!!
