Not quite as remembered but still great
Its a shame you can only attach a photo and not upload a scratch-and-sniff ;-)I'm old enough to have worn Blue Stratos way back in I think the early to mid 1980s. I don't commonly wear any kind of cologne / scented aftershave / EDT these days, very rarely even when going out. And I find many fragrances quite overpowering and even unpleasant. However Blue Stratos is a lovely light and fresh scent that I do find really soft and pleasant. The current iteration isn't quite as I remember it but its still very clean and fresh. I think its lost some of its cutting citrusy sharpness and seems to have more of a pronounced 'talcum powder' scent that is perhaps based on iris/orris notes. Its comforting and clean, but not as sharp and 'cold' as it used to be. I think for the price this is ridiculously good value and outperforms fragrances costing ten times the price. If you buy with your nose and ignore brand snobbery, this really is hard to beat.

What was old, becomes new again...
This is one of a number of fragrances that became cheap stereotypes and the butt of jokes in the 70s and 80s, like Brut and Old SpiceThing is, it's 40+ years now since they were at their peak and they've aged well. They were popular once for a reason, they smelled good. This is a particularly "manly" smell. Not sweet, just brash and lemony. Reminds me a lot of the much trendier and expensive Acqua Di Parma. It's dirt cheap, smells good and lasts. Nobody knows it's an 80s stereotype by their nose alone. It either smells good or it doesn't. This smells good.

Love this
Just a very mellow pleasant smell that doesn’t over power and is very pleasing to the senses - and who would have thought the aftershave I bought for my father when I was a kid becomes the one I start wearing now as I head into my well let’s just say later years of life no need to put a number on it. Lot of expensive brands out there Blue Stratos holds itself up against many of them and is a fraction of the price and Blue Stratos will be 50 I think next year - how many expensive aftershave brands last that long - they are a blink and Blue Stratos is a continuum - sorry all the above just means I like it - thanks

Superb, would be perfect if stronger.
I've recently gotten into Blue Stratos. Love the fragrance so much I bought all the other products in the range! The EDT is no different and smells just like the deodorants and pre-shave lotion etc.The price is ridiculous. Can't believe it is so cheap. The profit margins must be wafer-thin and you can see they've cut back every penny they can from the production costs. The lid feels particularly cheap with how it fits on the bottle and can lean from side-to-side. I hope the atomiser is better quality else I wouldn't fancy it surviving long enough for me to use up the entire 100ml! It does spray well, but the atomisers on the clones frequency fail after 30ml or so I'm nervous about this one!Scent is lovely but it's a bit weak (no stronger than the deodorant), which is why I give it 4 stars. Honestly I'd rather pay more for a stronger scent. I mean this is laughably cheap and a third or quarter the price of even those "clone" fragrances you buy online! If this was the strength of a premium brand like Chanel, I'd gladly pay £60 rather than £6.Or even if they sold it for say the same price as Joop e.g. £25 and increased the strength, I'd be throwing my money at them.Still, on the plus side it's so cheap you can wear this a daily and just spray it on after your shower even if you aren't going out.
