Can never tell when vitamins are working but here we are. Taste a bit bad so don't let it touch your tongue. But easy to swallow.

This DOES NOT contain copper!
If you're looking for copper, don't order this one. The label on the actual bottle doesn't list it. They should delete the picture that shows copper as an ingredient on the description to avoid confusion.

Excellent multi-B, but make sure to check expiry dates before buying!
Item shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. Supplement itself is great (includes zinc!). However, seller I bought from included a short-dated bottle in the lot (exp 12-25), which is not appreciated. Buyer beware.

What the doctor ordered
I've been using B Complex and B12 but when my husband went to the doctor he said use Stress B Complex, which has Vitamin C and Zinc in it. Covid patients are given plenty of Vit C and Zinc as part of their treatment. My daughters a nurse and tells us what we should be eating and watching during this time and she highly agreed. It was hard to find in the drug stores but glad Amazon had it. So far, so good but they are large pills.
