This is a very very comfortable brace. It is made out of neoprene which to me just means fancy spandex, even though I know it is more than that. It is completely adjustable using the velcro straps. It also has a really comfortable gel pad that covers your forearm. If you have something wrong with your elbow, for whatever reason, this will help support it and help reduce your pain. It protects it from being further hyperextended. If you work out a lot, play sports, or work a job that requires repeatitive movement of your arm and elbow this will really help you. I got it for my boyfriend who has the occasional issue with his left elbow. He says it's really comfortable, fits well and is really enjoying the support that it gives him. He said it isn't tight to where he feels squeezed at all. When he is having issues with his arm/elbow that day, he just simply puts this on and it helps instantly. With it being adjustable it could fit just about anyone and any size. He does a lot of physical work every day. This is useable for either arm. It has a hook/loop type strap that allows it to be used either way. I did receive this at a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I bought this for my husband who lifts weights regularly. I also thought I could use it because I have carpal tunnel and pain when texting and typing too often. However my husband doesnt like to use it. I tried to use it and it doesn not fit me. I guess I have little forearms. My husband thought he could use this for certain exercises that rub his arm raw and makes him bleed but it protruded out too much and he ended up buying a compression sleeve to use instead of this. I wish this fit me so I could wear it instead for my computer elbow. If I could tighten it a little bit more it would really help me as I get relief from rubbing my forearm and think this could do the trick. It wont tighten up any more because the clips get in the way. Anyways if this fits you I think it would be beneficial for you. It is very comfortable feeling otherwise. It reminds me of a padded mousepad. And it is soft. This doesnt work for my husband and I but its a useful product and would be of use to someone else who fits it. Also I bet it would fit most everyone because it is very adjustable just not for someone with super tiny arms like me haha. My arm has been hurting for so long. I went to the doctor he told me to get one of these. I didn't believe him and begged for shot. Lol. Of course, we do instant fix. No such luck. I finally gave in got this and one day. One day of wearing it all day. I could tell it was working. So any day I work in the garden or even just doing dishes. I make it a point to use this for my elbow. My husband which is much bigger than me was having issues also. What luck the package came with two and it fits him also. The stitching is durable and the Velcro seems heavy duty. I haven't had any issues with coming undone while bending my arm. Like a lot of the working world, I have to do a lot of typing and mouse use for my job. After years of using the mouse for hours every day, you can develop tendonitis at the elbow which really hurts and starts impeding your ability to do the reports your job requires. The best solution is to stop mousing which I do when I can, but I also still need to earn a living and nothing else medication wise has worked. My sister told me about these and how they helped her, so I decided to try them myself. And they worked surprisingly well. The pain relief is almost instant. The brace itself is gel making it soft and comfortable and the Velcro made it easy to adjust how tight it was allowing me to change it depending on the pain and what I needed. I don't wear it all the time, just when needed.
