Does the crystal/glass contain lead?

I have not actually seen this product, but I do find it confusing that they say it is K9 crystal, but ... when you look up the definition of what K9 crystal IS (Wikipedia), the 9 = 9% lead. So... I am tempted to say that if it is lead free, it should not claim to be K9, but rather just borsilicate glass. That doesn't make it bad, just not K9. Flip this around and ask... for most applications, what is the problem with lead in the crystal for a prism anyways, you're not going to use it to stir coffee...

Has anyone tried to make a rainbow through this with a flashlight?

Most modern flashlights don't actually produce every color of light, in order to make them more energy efficient. The exception is old fashioned, cheap incandescent.

OK I give up, I have tried 2 of these "crystals" and neither one of them would produce a "rainbow" of light, only white light???

Please make sure you are using natural sunlight. Artificial light won't produce the desired effect.
