The label says capric glycerine, hydrogenated vegetable oil, cetearyl alcohol, carnauba wax, beeswax

It is not unscented but it is very faint and not real noticeable

How does this product work? Is it like lotion or creates a barrier?

It is not a lotion but a stick that you rub over the areas that may develop a blister… so far, so good! I used to use the BandAid friction stick but they discontinued it.

If you have to wear tights or socks, do you apply this to your skin underneath or to your tights?
