To be honest, I didn’t need the pills but I sure was curious about them. I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now, along with slippery elm bark, and the effects were almost immediate for me. I took them around 8pm and went about my evening. When I woke up at 530 the next morning I thought I started my period and rushed to the restroom! No period, just extra juicy juice! I just wish I had boyfriend so he could reap the benefits of these magic pills lol I highly recommend these pills. One thing though, I only take one pill a day, sometimes one pill every other day since I don’t really need it. Again highly recommend for a WAP!

Started taking this product the day after I received it. I can definitely tell it makes me more moist everywhere. My hair and nails is growing and my skin is glowing. I’m not sure if this is related but I am more moist when having sexual intercourse. My partner mentions how much wetter things are down there.

My daughter turned me on to Omega-7 at beginning of the year. Going through the classic menopause symptoms, I have found since taking this product daily for the last 8-9 months has definitely helped. My nails are stronger, my hair is healthy and yes, ALL the mucous membranes have been benefiting. I have noticed I use less moisturizing eye drops than before I started taking the Omega 7, my skin is more supple all over, including the sensitive, thin skin on the back of the hands. The vaginal dryness is much less than prior to supplementation. I am unsure if this is truly a benefit but, I am frequently not hungry at lunch time, eating a much lighter lunch and dinner than I do if I forget to take my vitamins & Omega-7. Also, I have become very sensitive to sweetness within the last month or so. I have never been a big sweets eater, but recently, I find one or two bites is plenty to satisfy a craving and then the sweetness is overwhelming. I find this is a good thing. I fully believe in the benefits of Omega-7 and I am 100% satisfied with Sibu. It is a natural therapy not an overnight fix but the benefits do exist. I feel wonderful, have excellent blood work results, low tri-glycerides, low blood pressure and low blood sugar, healthy skin, very few wrinkles, healthy eyes, hair and nails. Sea Buckthorn berry cannot work miracles all by itself, one must eat healthy and move one's body for any health benefits but as part of a self care regimen; to be the best one can be at every age, I definitely recommend adding the Omega-7.

My green organic health food store recommended I try Sea Buckthorn for chronic dry eyes and after researching several companies I decided on SIBU. Their sea buckthorn is organic and is a combination of seed and fruit oils to be more comprehensive and absorbable. I have been taking this for over a year and my dry eye problem has improved as well as my skin, which is less dry and uncomfortable, particularly in the cold north-east winter months. The gel caps are easy to swallow. I know some people are concerned that they reintroduced carrageenan to the capsule, but when I enquired about this with the company, they explained this was necessary to address a problem with the oil leaking from the capsule. The safety of this additive is somewhat controversial and the company assured me they continue to research the formulation for the capsule. But I believe the amount to be insignificant in so far to be any health risk - and it is also easy to bite into the gel and suck out the oil (which has a pleasant taste) as an alternative to swallowing the capsule. I believe the anti-inflammatory and other benefits are helpful in improving my overall health as I get older.

I bought this to loose weight. It does not work for that but I noticed that my anxiety almost completely disappeared. After a few months I thought maybe it was a coincidence and stopped taking it. My anxiety came back. I started taking it again and my anxiety went away.
