Well worth the price
I was extremely weary but interested due to the low cost and great reviews. I have been shocked at how well this works. We have a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath house currently. We use a lot of water and haven’t had any issues yet. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to warm up it the water hasn’t been used but not too long and don’t have any issues with the water staying warm/hot. I like extremely hot baths and have a huge bath tub, I can fill this up completely and still have hot water afterwards. Soooo happy with this purchase and have recommended to friends!

Don’t do it. For any reason. The review I wish I’d seen.
Purchased April 6th 2023. Would give anything for a Time Machine. Professional install, everything done correctly and as suggested..and I can count on one hand how many times I’ve turned my water on and hot water came out the first try. It usually takes turning it off and back on 5-6 times before the water actually is warm. (And I’m talking let it run for 3-5 minutes each time). You can Forget an uninterrupted shower, It kicks on and off, throws error codes and shuts off while running. When it’s checked for errors nothing shows of course so there’s “nothing to fix”. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never own another one of these in my life. It simply does not work..unless you want hot water when it decides to work, but not on your time. I wouldn’t take it if someone paid me to. Not even getting started on the hassle it was to actually get it delivered. I’m done with it. It’ll be in my front yard tomorrow morning and I’ll have a traditional water heater.

Overrall good replacement for my old tank water heater
My old water heater stopped working all of a sudden, so I have to replace it. we decided to go tankless this time after a few days of research. this tankless water heater has been working great since installed. it heats up quickly. I can't tell how much gas it will save yet before I saw the next gas bill, but I can easily tell it saved lots of space. I installed it in my garage, very close to where my old heater was, so I can re-use those water pipes and gas pipes, which made the installation fairly easy. I did ask my buddy to help dig a hole on the wall and put the vent pipe in it. I also brought a tankless water heater service kit and a pressure relief valve, which is required by the city. overall it's a good heater, no complain so far.

My 3rd Fogatti product working great as usual; good customer service took care of my product issue
This was my 3rd purchase of Fogatti products, as i started with a portable water heater for the backyard and outdoor camping, that worked out well for me. So when my plumber wanted to charge me a few hundreds for flushing my 15+ year tank water heater, i was like why not upgrade to a tankless water heater? It's a heavy(duty) machine i have to say, and it took me quite some time to flush out the water from the old tank heater and remove it from the "closet", but worth all of the efforts. So many hard water sediments inside the tank than i had expected, i can't believe we've been using hot water from the tank water heater for so long, and that also explains why sometimes the hot water seemed to be white rather than transparent. Installation of the new one was straightforward for me as a handyman, keep in mind there's extra costs for vent pipe, service kits and other accessories needed. This tankless one heats up only when hot water is needed, look like my gas bill of last month did go down by a few dollars. Lastly, one more thing to mention, the tank i received had a dent on the side, probably the shipper or someone hit the box too hard. I contacted their customer service and a lady in FL responded immediately and took care of my case. Good customer service... so i actually referred to (showed off) my neighbor/buddy and he ended up buying one too. It's gonna be our DIY project(aka fun) for this weekend or next.

Temp is not accurate. Will Scald you! Do not buy. Set @105 and puts out up to 145. Watch video!
The media could not be loaded. I bought the Natural Gas tankless water heater last year. From the beginning it would overheat every time. The temp will go over the set point almost 30 degrees and scald you. I keep it set at a low 105 and if I do not run two sinks at a time the output will soar to 140 degrees. Then it will shut off and give cold water before it starts back again. I complained to the tech support many times. They had me turn the gas valve in half flow. No difference. They sent me a video on how to remove the cover and adjust the gas regulator inside the unit as low as it would go to choke down the burner. That did not work either. I have asked them to send me whatever part that controls the temperature output. The temperature setting on the front of the unit is useless as the unit should cut off at the set temperature. Not 25 to 40 degrees above the set point. We have two heaters in our house and this one is for our kitchen, guest bath and laundry room. If you use a faucet at half water pressure it will not even come on. It is either cold or too hot to use. We are constantly adjusting the faucet up and down when bathing our pet to keep from scalding him. Now it has been over a year and they could care less that the problem was never fixed. At least our other heater is a tank and works great for showers.

Will be returning.....
This unit requires so much water pressure to operate, that it is not only a waste of water, but the temperature of the water is not consistent, and continues to get hotter and hotter during a shower. It is set at 104 degrees, but the LED readout shows it fluctuates anywhere from 127 to 138! It also doesn't work with my low flow washing machine. The unit repeatedly ignites/goes off. I have e-mailed customer support, with no response. I plan to return it.

Solid product
This heater is pretty solid! Cold winter temps in the mid south, it has the capacity to heat water for two kids showering at the same time plus the kitchen sink doing dishes, no problem. A recent issue surfaced with our unit, contacted product support, the first line employees escalated the issue further, a day later I was in direct contact with a senior product support specialist who with the help of their engineers was able to assist me in solving my problem. Customer service has exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
