As an avid reader, and one who often reads in bed I was looking for a solution to hold my kindle that would LAST. The previous holder I had was a bendable pole thing but it was constantly drooping and it was always a struggle to get it positioned correctly - and keep it there. This item is perfect for my needs! The price point was fair and it was very easy and quick to assemble. It fits my Kindle Signature PaperWhite perfectly and also fits my phone. It’s probably too small for my iPad Air but I am thinking I may be able to buy a holder that fits onto the ball attachment to use it for that as well (although I have not yet looked into that). It is very adjustable and the base slides right under the base of my nightstand and allows me to place my kindle at the prefect position and angle to read while I lay on my side in bed. The arm also easily swings out of the way when I am finished. It is sturdy and the weighted base keeps it stable, but overall it is still light enough for me to move around my house, so I now also use it to read while sitting on the couch! (Pictured). It also has other possibilities as this will make a great stand to hold my phone if I’m making BookTok content. Overall this is a fantastic item and I am very happy with my purchase. I love this thing! Best tablet / phone stand I have ever tried! It's sturdy and incredibly versatile. It seems like - regardless of any position I happen to find myself in - this stand will easily contort into whatever position I need to. It is so adaptable, in fact, that I have yet to find a position that it will not easily accommodate. Prior to getting this thing, I was actually starting to get some back and neck pain from contorting my body to view a less accommodating stand... the pain has now went away, as I am able to maintain posture and alignment no matter what position I am viewing from. It's been a couple months and it is holding up just as well as the day I received it. But - honestly - even if it only lasted a couple months, I would still buy it again and again. Definitely worth it!

I have been using this for several years with a 10 inch tablet and 6+ inch phone. I've loved having it and found it to be very stable in nearly every position. With the tablet I can extend it too far to balance, but that is only at the very farthest limits of it's extension. I have no complaints with any portion of this stand. It holds my devices right where I put them and they stay there reliably. When I purchased it I didn't realize there was a thin foam pad on the bottom of the metal base which would keep it from scratching hard floors. That is a nice feature, but it does make it a little tougher to slide in and out beneath the side of one of my recliners that sits low to the carpet.

I thought I was going crazy when the item first arrived. It's 4 main pieces, no big assembly acquired which is very nice. But for the life of me I could not get it to do what it was supposed to do. When I'd straighten the arm out it would only go horizontally instead of vertically, and half of the time the arm tension was so strong it didn't even want to bend much. I was so frustrated with it I left it alone for a day. I thought maybe I read the description wrong and this was what I bought? But no. After taking a closer look at the item and comparing it to the pictures in reviews, I figured out it was assembled wrong before being shipped to me. I requested a replacement, and received it the next day. After assembling that one, I don't understand why it took me so long to realize something was wrong with the first. It's great! The base is definitely not 5lbs like it says but it holds well and at a variety of heights. The holder is quick and can pinch if you're not careful, but the fact it is is a good sign to me.

Love this stand. Perfect for holding phone at angle that is good for neutral spine. It is durable and easy to use. I have 3 of them! One for home, one for work, and one for travel.

Absolutely love this stand. I put between mattress (look at pic) and it's fabulous!! I watch at night while hubby sleeps. I can get in and out of bed easily. I used to have to roll a hospital table in and out, not anymore. It's super easy to put together and it's not expensive but sturdy. I'm very pleased with it. Order one ! You can put it wherever you want. It won't fall, tilt or be in the way. Don't know how I did without it!!

One of the best purchases I've ever made! I use it to read my Kindle in my recliner. I was having neck pain from slouching to read and this instantly fixed it. Easy to set up and welll worth the cost. Just be careful of your fingers when removing your Kindle or tablet. The springs are tight!!

I did not have a problem with the weight, or moving it to the right position.i like to use it to read in bed. What I do have a big problem with is the vise that holds my iPhone. It is tough to open and put my phone in, requiring a lot of strength. But the bigger problem is getting my phone out of the vise! Once stretched open, it wants to clamp shut. It’s so strong, it pinches my fingers every time! 😡

This is so much better than the gooseneck one. Ive got this set up so the stand is under one of the feet of my bed so it’s even more stable. It is so much easier to get a good reading position with this and I can easily move it out of the way when my kids climb into my bed in the morning.

I have an IPAD pro 12'9 and its perfect it doesnt fit wit the case however... my case his the logitech ipad keyboard so its quite bulky... but for me its not a deal breaker, all the parts are either made out of metal or aluminium, so its well built... only the knobs are in plastic, so far everything holds perfectly and well secure, it feels like it will hold long term, I have a few standing monitor so im definitly happy with the quality, if it degraded I'll post an update... but theres so many models available... buy this one with confidence, its light solid, well package easy built and affordable!

I had to add a 5kg dumbbell to make the base sturdier. The tablet also wobbles if you use it for coloring or taking notes. You can hold it with the other hand and that makes it more stable of course. I also didn't get any assembly instructions in the box and couldn't find them online. I also think I received an extra part because it doesn't fit anywhere. If the seller provides the instructions, maybe the wobble issue might get solved. This is slightly pricier than I expected for the functionality, but the other stands I've tried for the same price are worse and I had to return them. The stand arm is pretty good, and angles/movement is flexible enough for most use cases. I think with lighter devices it will be even better. I'm returning it because of the tilt. I've tried various angles and pivot adjustments but I can't seem to be able to solve this issue. I was really hoping this stand would work.

Really useful stand for bed side iPad time, especially for watching videos. Thought about buying a projector, but instead of worrying about the lightbulb life, the noise, the angle and the cost, this is a perfect alternative! The stand is really sturdy and stands very well. Great product! Built with good quality material and don’t look cheap.
