Didn't make a bit of difference for me.
I've been taking these as directed on the bottle for six months, hoping at some point I would see some improvement in flow and reduced trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I have seen no noticeable difference whatsoever. IDK, maybe they work for some people—as far as I can tell just another well-advertised gimmick.
