This is an excellent flagpole that we are using to display our pirate flag for Halloween. The flagpole is sturdy, well-made and looks really good. High quality paint really adds to the look. The pole pieces are thick and strong and screw together very easily. The bracket can display your flag at either a 45-degree angle OR a 90-degree angle. This is great for us because we have eaves on our house that extend so far out, it is almost impossible to display any flag at a 45-degree angle so it is the main reason I chose this particular flag pole. Once the bracket is mounted, the flag pole simple slides into the bracket at whichever angle you choose. There are two swivels included that slide onto the flag pole to keep your flag from wrapping around the pole when there is a bit of a breeze. The swivels are adjustable to any size flag and are easily adjusted by tightening the screw using the tool provided. All of the mounting hardware is also provided, including flag hooks.

Seems like good quality and it manages the flag well even in light wind it keeps it where it should be .

I was looking for a flag staff that was sturdy, and would allow me to fly the Colors without worry of something breaking - I don't fly them in the rain but I do light them up at night. This is impressive quality, well made and very easy to assemble. I did make a template for the mounting holes out of pasteboard (thin single layer cardboard). One suggestion - the wood screws this comes with should be replaced with high quality made in the USA hardware. The ones that it comes with are of foreign manufacture, I think made of a mild cheese. Even though I tapped pilot holes into a two by four, the heads still stripped out. I replaced them with high quality US manufactured hex head marine rated hardware. Fly the Colors with pride!

The pole comes in several parts that are screwed together, so you have a choice of length to some degree. Seems well made, and is easy to install. works fine.

I picked this up to mount a 3x5 flag on the front of the house, and it worked out perfectly. Installation was quick and straightforward, and once it was up it gave the house a clean, finished look without a lot of effort. The pole feels solid for its size, and the bracket holds everything securely in place. Once mounted, it stays steady even with some wind, and the angle options make it easy to position the flag how you want it to display. It pairs well with standard flags and doesn’t feel like an afterthought, it actually looks like part of the home setup. For something simple, it does exactly what it’s supposed to and does it well. This is an easy-to-install, reliable flag pole setup that looks great and holds up well once mounted.

It works well easy to assemble very sturdy

Pole mounting hardware get a 10 out of 10. The flag on the other hand is horrible. It is already shredded at the seams after only 2 weeks. Unacceptable. It gets a minus 10. Don’t include one at all if this is the best you can do. Lower the price a few dollars and let us get our own. No it has not been in a hurricane or tornado. Just nice easy breezes. Amazon you are better than this.
