Had powder scent went on dry bought new supposed to be same was very sticky want it to go on dry

I feel as if the clinical strength type or whatever this is goes on sticky and wet and is rather odd. It doesn’t have a very strong smell either so it works for neither an antiperspirant not deodorant especially not for a woman needing “clinical” type strength.
