These are the same handles used in commercial gyms. Suprised how nicely the handles are knurled (medium coarse) and how smoothly they spin. Pretty funny that the pair cost way more than just buyin one.Just buy one and add one to the quantity at check out.

These work really well for my purposes. I built a DIY pulley system and needed some handles to perform exercises. These get the job done, but the handles are a little uncomfortable. They are relatively low quality plastic/rubber, I was hoping for something with a little bit more give.The metal itself has started to chip, and I have not been using them for too long. And the pull down bar has begun to squeak when rotating, which is incredibly irritating to use.

I really like this product ... it is gym-quality, and is built to last!

This is the cable attachment that most don't have but everyone needs. This one attachment can be used for MANY different exercises. The ability to use the bar with (or without) the strap handles gives you LOTS of capabilities to do several different things. And, it gives you the ability to rotate your hands / lower arms through their range of motion when lifting. Very happy with this product! Just make sure to use it properly. The user manual is a little confusing. You just need to attach the strap handles to the bar properly by inserting the bar between the two straps (and NOT wrapping the strap around the bar). Hard to explain without attaching pictures.

Base pole was too long. Need almost 2-3 Olympic 45 lb plate to fill it in

This piece is VERY heavy. It feels sturdy and good quality, but it was covered in something greasy when I pulled it out of the box. I’m assuming it was whatever was used to lubricate the part that attaches to the machine (because it swivels there). It wiped off easily thankfully.

Fehlkonstruktion. Die Schlaufen, Griffe lassen sich nicht fixieren und rutschen herum. Was nicht nur schlechter, als schlecht, sondern auch gefährlich ist.

Für den Preis echt ein Knaller (12,99€), man spürt den Rücken richtig gut mit den Griff am kabelturm. Lieferung erfolgte schnell.
