I recommended resistance band

Its a nice product for starting your journey to fittness. Nicely packed and on time delivery. It will be better if each band will have the marking of stiffness. Else it is still fine.Update about the product after using for a month. Its not up to the mark. Resistance is not so clear comparing the other products. Band lengths are not same, so it will not be even. I think better to go for another product with some additional cost.

It's awesome band set for a smooth workout. It is a perfect resistance band, hope this can help in increasing the muscle strength. I feel that it is good for daily exercise sessions to free up muscles. Think it will be too early to comment on the durability of the product, but I hope it may last long. Feels like it's is value for money.

The media could not be loaded.  One of the handle does not have cloth and silver grip to attach the bands. Silver grip is missing for bothe the handles.

Product is good for free hand gym people and is very useful for many things. More importantly it can be used at home also.
