Sinus Rinse Premixed Refill Packets with Xylitol, 60ct.

My doctor gave me a NeilPot because I got a cold earlier this year to get rid of stuffiness and postnasal draining. It only had two packets in it so I decided to get more and sleeted this. I had never used a NeilPot before with the rinse and just didn’t know what to expect. I am so happy I did it and got these packages because it was easy to use. For these packets, you just pour in the pot with water, shake and it’s ready to use. It really helped clean out the viral infection and help stop the annoying postnasal drip. It’s gentle to the nose and help put back moisture in the nose. Definitely recommend!

I have had sinus problems for decades. Runny nose, difficulty breathing, and sneezing. Add to that the fact that I use a CPAP, which NEEDS to be able to force air down my windpipe if I'm to sleep well, and you can see my problem. A couple of decades ago, and ENT suggested that I try this. I have used it almost every night since. It always clears something from my sinuses and often, a lot. This makes it easier to breathe and even more importantly, sleep! If you have sinus congestion issues, I strongly recommend this!

My family has routinely used the NeilMed saline packets for years, myself to help (along with prior sinus surgery) mitigate recurring sinus infections and poor nose breathing. I was skeptical about switching, but I'm glad I did. I was used to using 2-3 packets in my rinses but use one of these and oh, my! Almost instantly after flushing (again, only 1 packet) and after blowing out residual fluid, my sinuses feel... amazing, almost a soothing feeling. I'm buying these from now on! I have zero regrets and love how it feels afterwards.

Got this to have on hand in case of another sinus infection. The level of salinity was recommended by my health care provider for sinus issues.

These work well at hydrating the nose. The packets are pre-mixed so you don't have to worry about that. Once you pour them into your Neti Pot you need to stir it or shake it really good I did have a couple issues where sometimes the crystals didn't all the way dissolved and I think that's due to some of their ingredients. However they did work pretty well I think they're a bit expensive for what I got. It did help with pain and the sinuses which I appreciated there was a little bit of an aftertaste which I did not like and I think that comes from the sugar substitute that's in its xylitol. The effects last a long time I can go 12 hours between rents and my nose out and feel okay. I would recommend them but if you have Xylitol sensitivity then I don't recommend them and again be sure to really shake it up or mix up your neti pot water really well with distilled water before you use these. And you will have better results.

I have been literally suffering from sinus infections for going on 4 yrs antibiotics didn't work, nasal sprays did not work over the counter decongestants did not work so I went down a rabbit hole on the xylitol and found it in a saline solution.i have now been using it 3 times a day for about a month and I can actually breathe again out of my nose.i can't say enough good about this product

I decreased my steroid to 3 times a week and use this once a day , and it's been keeping my allergies in check all summer.

Nice rinse , previous hard to locate. Antibacterial, xylitol is more soothing. Works to compliment regular rinse packets.

If you wanna do a sinus rinse do it with this one. I have tried other brands, and the other NeilMed salt packets and they all feel very uncomfortable in my nose. This one is like magic. No uncomfortable feeling what so ever, just relief from getting all that stuff outta there. I wouldn't use anything else.

I’m very happy with this discovery, it has made a real difference for me. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find in pharmacies in my area. The xylitol version is much gentler than the original one, which tends to burn over time and really irritates my sinuses. With this version, my sinuses stay hydrated for much longer. This is a true favorite for me, and I honestly wish I had discovered it sooner. The original version had become problematic. I’ve had sinus surgery, and this product has been part of my routine for the past 10 years to help prevent sinus infections.
