I enjoy this hand saw tremendously! Even with the low battery life! I did get two in the package but one battery life tends to only last me one tree. Very easy to use! Cuts through limbs with ease.

I love this mini. I love alone and am responsible for all my outdoor"yard work", and it makes my job much easier. The extra battery insures that I can get the job done without waiting for a recharge.

First I didn't like that the chain came off twice eventhough the screw was very tight..and it didnt cut the bushes. I returned it..

I love everything about this product. It meets and surpasses all expectations. Good battery life let’s you get a lot done before recharging.

Wife loves it - easy for her to use which is not the case with the regular chainsaw/too heavy.

I recently ordered a Newkits 24V hand-held chain saw from Amazon. It was delivered in two days. I anxiously opened the storage box and connected a battery (2 included). It worked right out of the box! I then proceeded to use the saw to prune an overgrown weeping cherry tree in my yard. I used the device for almost an hour straight. It worked great! I did have to adjust the tension on the chain after about 30 minutes, which is normal per the instructions manual. I am very pleased with my purchase of this product and would recommend it for all light tree and shrub maintenance.

I was so excited to receive this, but when I opened it - not so much! I’m assuming this was returned (the photos included explains everything). As one can see, it wasn’t in the proper packaging or remotely organized. There were empty bags and broken ties thrown into the box. There wasn’t any information (instruction manual) inside. I’m not sure what was missing due to the lack of information. The saw itself appeared used. Again, the empty plastic bags and ties were very concerning. Clearly within an hour of opening this disaster, I returned it.

Stronger than one would think

Me molesto que no tenga garantía y tampoco indican a donde o a que centro de servicio la puede uno llevar en caso de descompostura aquí en Ciudad de Mexico.Por otra parte tengo una duda respecto de un tornillo que se encuentra en la parte superior derecha a un lado de la sierra que no mencionan para que sirve ????

Buen producto, cumple con su propósito. Aunque la mini-motosierra tenia un defecto de fabricar, la atención al cliente fue muy buena y me hicieron el cambio sin ningún problema.

Llego antes de lo esperado y en súper buenas condiciones, es muy fácil de armar, ligero e intuitivo de usar ¡además de que tiene una muy buena calidad!

Es buena de tamaño y potencia, pero afloja muy rápido la cadena. Tan solo al cortar una sola rama en estado seco, tuve que apretar la cadena más de 3 veces.No sirve para trozar ramas secas.Me moleste, ya no quiero utilizar ni para cortar ramas verdesLa verdad, no me gusto.
