Westcott FJ400 Strobe 2-Light Location Kit with FJ-X2m Universal Wireless Trigger

I was so excited to receive this kit! I have been researching this system of lights for a while. The packaging is fabulous. Great bag. Everything fits wonderfully. However, I updated the firmware on the lights like it recommends but the trigger gave me an error message and would not update. I emailed the company for support and have not heard back from them. I just reached out again this morning. If I don’t hear from them, I’m going to send the system back. That is a lot of money for it not to be working and get no support. What a bummer! Customer service got back to me and resolved the issue! Happy customer.

I’m very happy with this purchase. A couple of the pieces arrived with issues, but both Dodd Camera and Westcott had great customer service! The issues were quickly resolved and I couldn’t be happier with this gear! These are high quality strobes and I love the wheeled case. It has enough spare room to fit your camera and a few lenses, making it really convenient to just take the one case on location.

Powerful, simple assembly, rigid. Love theses studio light. Nice roll around case for the set. Easy storage and organization. Now Westcott is my go to product.
