This Polish is Awesome
I used this product on my first epoxy pour which was on a Cherry wood live edge mantel for our fireplace. I used tape around the top surface to contain the epoxy. However this resulted in a meniscus (raised edge) around the perimeter of the mantel. I ended up using an angle grinder to grind away the raised epoxy, and obviously lost the glossy finish. I wet sanded the perimeter with an orbital sander. I finished with 3000, 5000, and 7000 grit sand paper. But alas, the glossy finish never returned. You can see in the first picture the foggy finish. I read some reviews that stated they could not achieve a glossy finish with this product, but decided to give it a try anyhow. I applied some of the polish to a washcloth and hand polished for a couple of minutes. I was amazed at the results. The glossy finish was totally restored. For those that did not get good results with this product, it is probably because they did not pre-sand properly using finer and finer grits. I would definitely recommend!!!

Pricey when not on sale, but it really works
I am a hobbyist billiard cue builder, and I have tried every version of epoxy polish I have found. This includes leads for other builders, wood workers suggestions, etc. This Promise epoxy polish is simply the best I have found to date. That said, the price keeps me looking for more economical options, catching it on sale is a plus. Note: I haven't found a use for the cleaner in my application, but I haven't seen an option to only buy the polish.

Not sure
This is my first polish and cleaner that I bought for resin. I gotta say that for the price I was expecting more. I feel like I get more return from something like Brasso for brass than I do for this a lot of work maybe itโs just the way it is Because your polishing resin. And Iโm not sure about the cleaner. I donโt really get what that supposed to do.??? ๐ง

Worked Better than Anticipated
Product worked really well, in fact somewhat better than I had anticipated. I used polish on a large epoxy resin pour table top, 8' by 2.5'. Unfortunately as the resin cured the surface developed a slight amine blush. I removed the blush by sanding with 220, 350, 400, 600, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000, 7,000 and 10,000 grit wet dry paper. After the 10,000 grit sanding I applied the polish and was surprised by the small amount of time and effort required to bring the sanded surface back to a high clear gloss look. The small amount of effort was probably due in part to sanding beyond the 5,000 to 7,000 grit suggested in some literature for eliminating amine blush. But, the polish really worked well. Subsequent treatment with the cleaner gave a great final finish. Definitely a worth while purchase.

Not that great
This product did not work very well for me. I had better luck with other, less expensive products. I would not recommend.

Excellent results
Very easy to use system to remove small imperfections in the surface of my resin projects. Depending on what the project is this will be the only step in finishing or if the defect is larger this is used after sanding. Consistent results, easy to use. Long buffing time and great wipe off with little to no residue after one wipe. Great polish!

Works great
I have tried a few different polishes, and I could not get to a nice clear shine. This stuff got me the shine. It came with good directions, however it was the same steps I took with other polishes. Two notes... Be sure to get all your swirls out as you step up in grit. I didn't see the swirls until I polished. It still looks good, so I did not feel like I had to start over. 2nd... Be sure to sand to 3000 grit. I stopped at 1500 and polished; it looked a little foggy. I was working with clear epoxy and I really wanted it to be clear. I didn't want to use a coat of poly or something to get there. I am impressed.

The spray didn't spray. I just pored it on my surface but for the price, I would expect the spay to work.
