Good value for money. After having suffered with a totally blocked ear for around a month, I was keen to find something that would resolve my issue - regular over the counter eardrops were not doing the job. I was disappointed with the Spiral Tool - after reading some positive reviews on here, I was keen to give it a try - it did nothing for me at all, I had also been using Olive Oil to soften any wax, however the spiral tool was unable to remove anything. Despite this - the syringe did the job PERFECTLY - it took about four or five syringes full of warm water to dislodge any wax there - but I am happy to say it got there in the end - after being attacked by a fourth syringe of water, the wax crumbled away - and my hearing was back to normal again. So yeah - top marks for this kit - five stars for the syringe - but not as many for the Spiral Tool - as I say, it did absolutely nothing for me.

I haven't been able to hear for a few weeks, now I can. For me that means "worth it". I did take one star off though as the spiral tool seems a bit pointless. (it seems to do almost nothing, but then most of may wax seems to be "deep down" so there's no surprise there) The syringe took quite a few goes to have an effect, but then my water may not have been warm enough? I also didn't try to "blast" my ear as that seemed unwise. After about 10 squirts stuff started to come out. At one point I spotted a big chunk that had fallen out and rested just above my earlobe, making me wonder if the syringe head ends up blocking things from coming out. I've stopped for now. I can kind of hear (yay!) something shifting/moving if I tilt my head from side to side so I know there's more to come out, but my water is tepid at best. So I will attack it again, with confidence, in about an hour. I will update this again if I come across a problem.

Its difficult to say that it works on everyone, it worked on my partner but not on me. Could be that I am going deaf.

Brilliant So my right ear has been blocked for a week or so due to ear wax build up so I went a lil deaf in that ear. Tried 2 different ear wax solutions (which did nothing), saw this but I was sceptical about it. Used the syringe with warm water and omg my hearing is back and the amount of ear wax that came out was amazing. The nozzle at the end is soft and flexible in the ear. Great value for money. I highly recommend this product

After visiting doctor with ear pain and hearing loss I was told my ears were full of wax and needed syringing. GP doesn’t do this any more due to no funding so I got a quote from local hearing place of £35 an ear. After a lot of research, all they do is syringe some warm water in your ear. Found this kit on Amazon and thought it can’t be that different if you do it yourself. I used ear wax softener drops for 3 days 3 times a day in each ear and then went for it. Omg- could not believe how much stuff came out of my ears!!! Just syringe to the outer edge of inside of ear and put a bowl underneath. Then that wonderful moment of ears popping and all the sound rushing back. I feel like the world volume is too high now, took me half an hour to adjust. Seriously impressed! I didn’t use the ear tool thing as the syringe was effective enough.

Absolutely terrible product, do not use the syringe in ear, its one large stream that causes more issues.

the package arrived as stated, the quality and contents were all good. It looked like a good product but was actually useless. would not recommend this item unles earwas was at the entrance of the ear.

I bought this product out of desperation. I couldn't hear out of one ear at all despite two weeks of ear drops. I read the other reviews (btw this is a genuine review. I come from Bromley and am 50 years old) wondering whether they were genuine or not, but decided to purchase anyway as my next step would be to book a syringing appointment at Spec Savers which would cost me £50. This product worked an absolute treat. I won't put the gory details but safe to say I don't need to go to spec savers now. I thoroughly recommend this product. It's made me very happy :) :) :) PSAnd they're right. It does make you dizzy if you squirt the water too hard but its very temporary.
