Is this water soluble or oil soluble?

Mixes easily to form colloidal solution. Particals so small they stay suspended in water for quit a while. Soluble no, remains TiO2 in water. Not like table salt (NaCl) which disolves in water (seperates into Na+ and Cl- ions)

Can this be used for 3D Geletin cakes

I mix this with isoproply alcohol and paint it on ceramic tiles so that I can use my laser to engrave on the tile surface. It works well and is easy to clean off the tile
