Updated Brita soft sided bottles review
****Updated***** I loved buying these in the past for my Brita but something has changed about them. This last set looked slightly different and it leaked. I had used multiple sets in the past with no issue but this seems to no longer be a Brita replacement option. I wasn't sure how to give this stars because I was using them for a different brand then manufactured and that's not their fault.Original reviewI love that these fit on both our regular and kid-sized Brita soft squeeze water bottles. My daughter bites the tops and I was having to buy a whole new bottle when it was really just the top that needed to be replaced. I just found these and they have worked great so far.

Great bottle top
These sport tops make a great addition to your bladder bags.. the bags are convenient but are difficult to get the water out with out spilling, with the sport cap that makes it no problem. They don’t leak, they seal well and work great!

Fits brita.
My son has a renal disease and carries a brita bottle everywhere he goes. All day everyday. It got pricey replacing a bottle every time the cap grew mold. Which was pretty often with constant use. Figured I'd give these a try amd I'm glad I did. They fit perfectly and my son likes the feel of them vs the softer brita cap that got chewed up easily. Softer plastic.I like that it's clear as I can see the mold developing. Now I can simply toss it.

Definitely worth the few bucks I spent, but not the head ache.
I had to order these because my bottles I ordered were missing the caps. A hilarious jape was bestowed upon me... The bottles all showed up missing caps, thus I ordered these replacements only to have ordered a "two pack" which only included one cap. Is this a hilarious joke, Platypus? i want to like your products, but quality control is lacking.Rant aside, the cap closes very snuggly, doesn't leak, and the plastic appears to be quality material (not all plastic is created equal).

Great bottle conversion
I purchased these for a backpacking trip. I wanted push-pull caps for my 1L water bottles, but I was having difficulty finding regular size. Tried the Platypus push-pull and they fit my Smart Water bottles. I was so happy. I did not have to worry about losing my bottle caps, try to open and close a bottle while hiking, etc... Highly recommend .

Comes with Two Caps
I read another review that said it comes with two caps and thought it was possible he just got lucky... but when I received mine, there were two caps too! Stoked! Great product. Sometimes a little hard to open, but works perfectly for backpacking with NO leaks! :-)

Terrible design
You would think a pop top would be a no brainer thing to design and execute. But somehow Platypus screwed this up. The package comes with two pop tops - great! I used the first one for over 2 weeks, wondering when the top would be “broken in” and not so difficult to open. Guess what? After hundreds of pops, I gave up; I literally had to apply the full force of my grip and pull in order to open this dumb thing. Sometimes it took 3 or 4 tries - and I am an adult male with normal strength. SO - I tossed that top aside and tried the other one…and it is only marginally better! It still takes an unreasonable amount of strength to open; seriously, half the water bottles at gas stations have a pop top! Why is this so difficult? If Platypus were compatible with a Dasani bottle top, I’d switch in a heartbeat.

Price hike!
I bought a set if two to try them out. They worked well, and are well made. I went to purchase more, but the price has doubled in a matter of days! Essentially it is the same price, but now instead of a two pack you only get one. So, time to look elsewhere!
