Great Book with Maps
I have read the whole book, marking my interests for upcoming trip to Amsterdam. This book has everything I need for a visit well planned (this and a few tours via Viator). The city map also helps me plot places of interest, from museums to bicycling and walkng routes, to stays, cafes and restaurants, and entertainment. I plan to take it with me.

Great books of lonely planet
Very very helpful guide book I was able to plan my full trip coz of it and even took it for my trip. I would suggest if ur going any place abroad plz buy one of these first go through them mark the places u want to visit and take them along. If ur good and tech savvy plz visit the site and do download the required material but if ur old school like me go for this best.I must say great job lonely planet keep it up.

Invaluable guide to take with you, with great detail. Very useful to have and plan days around certain areas of Amsterdam, or suggests an itinery for 2-3 day breaks. Also a great general information section allowing you to take into consideration other day to day aspects ie the local transport system etc
