CURLSMITH Feather Light Protein Styling Cream for Curly Hair (8 oz)

I don’t normally write reviews but this product is awesome. My normal frizz is gone and I have nice loose, soft curls that last all day.

My curls were poppin’! I had curl families! This is my first time using the product. No greasiness had great hold and excellent slip! I find it to be a great value. Reminds me of the Deva Curl products before they went bad! My hair has thinning due to age, but I just had a wonderful hair cut and this treatment had me feeling great!

One of my favorite products for my 2c/3a curls. By using the right amount, I get soft but long-lasting curls. If I ever use too much, or don’t distribute currently, I can get some greasy strands. Otherwise, this is a product that I use every washday.

I have used several tubes of this thinking it was a good fit because it is a curl cream with protein, which is usually a win for me. This formulation is a flop for me. It makes my waves look weighed down and almost gummy feeling sometimes. For reference, the outer layer of my hair is coarse, and the inner layer is fine, and I do get highlights and use bond treatments regularly. My hair has to be dripping wet when I use this curl cream, and this cream doesn’t play well with all gels and mousses. I experimented with how wet my hair is and also paired it with a different gels/mousses to try to get it to work. This product works wonders for some people, but just writing this to let you know that if you continue to have meh hair days, it may not be the styling product that you’re using, but this cream. Still rating it four stars because it works well for many, has quality ingredients, and it’s probably just the formulation that doesn’t work for me.

This cream is a game changer! It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and perfectly defined without feeling heavy or sticky. The texture is light, smells great, and a little goes a long way. My curls look healthier and more bouncy than ever. Totally love it! 🩵🙌

I have thick, coarse, wavy hair and this is the only product I use. I've tried a lot from gels to mousses and creams, but this one produces the best results effortlessly. I use about a quarter-sized dollop (2 quarters at my current length) raking through from the bottom up while soaking wet and then scrunch out excess water with my towel. Normally I diffuse, but pictured is my air dried hair.

I wanted to badly to love this but it’s just so heavy on my hair. I have relatively naturally curly hair that just needs a little pick me up and this does nothing for me

Best Curl cream I have found for my curly hair. Takes the frizz without making hair crunchy! This products lasts me about 3 months! The hold is great! I just spray my hair with water each morning and it reactivates the cream!

I never leave reviews but felt I should because I am so happy with this!! I have struggled with my fine wavy hair FOREVER. I am v low maintenance with my hair, I let it air dry, but it if I don’t put In some product in, it dries super frizzy. Tried the curly girl method but got extremely overwhelmed with all the science and products and gave up. with the help of chatGPT, I decided my hair needs protein products (was previously using a moisturising curl crème and thought my hair was limp and stringy because genetics), chatgpt kindly recommended me this. my first use and honestly wow my hair has never looked better!!! It’s volumised and the curls have dried so nice and soft and bouncy! I use a light cleansing shampoo with no sulfates, parabens or silicones, skip conditioner then rake this through my hair and air dry!! Stoked to finally have a simple routine that works. Lascio volentieri 5 stelle a questo prodotto. Dopo aver provato molte creme per capelli ricci, questa è l'unica che riesce davvero a controllare il crespo anche nelle giornate umide, senza lasciare i capelli duri o con l'effetto "croccante". Basta inumidire leggermente i capelli per ridefinire i ricci e ottenere anche un po' di volume. Ottima tenuta, effetto naturale e capelli morbidi. Lo ricomprerò sicuramente.

Een echte aanrader. Ik heb wavy haar en dit product is daar heel geschikt voor. Geeft een goede ondersteuning en is niet kleverig of te zwaar.

My favorite product form Curlsmith so far and the first I ever tested! It smells delicious and is very light-weight. On my first try I did apply a lot of it, maybe too much because I was seeking this sea-weedy silky conditioning feeling. But that product won't give you that as it's protein based. It will add structure and definition to your hair while gently moisturizing it without weighing it down. Despite my heavy-handed application this cream did NOT weigh down my fine low density wavy hair.
