I’ve been dealing with sciatica induced foot pain as a result of spinal stenosis and these shoes were recommended by one of my physical therapists. I can tell that my feet, legs and hips are aligning differently, and much of my foot pain has been reduced. In my particular case, I don’t expect for the pain to be eliminated completely until after forthcoming surgery, but these shoes are helpful until then. After surgery I expect that these will help with post-surgery rehab walking. UPDATE: These shoes would be great for walking on a track or other flat surface, but when I wore them walking on streets and sidewalks that were uneven, the curved toe pushed me forward so much that I tipped over and fell. Granted, I am 76, with bad knees, bad back and balance issues, but it is disconcerting to have one’s shoes pitch one forward so much—especially going down any incline. If you’re young and in good physical condition, these might make you feel fleet and light of foot. But, if you’re old and creaky, these could make you feel like you’re flying, right before the fall.

Bought for my brother who has issues with his feet and legs. He says these are the most comfortable shoe. Runs true to size. Fit perfectly when he first put them on.
