Brain food. Keeps you moving forward throughout your day and no burn out. I highly recommend.

If I remember nothing else, I can't help but remember how awful this stuff tastes... everytime I see the bottle. I still have high hopes for this supplement, however, I am having a hard time making myself take it as directed due to the taste. I am going to keep trying and see if I can somehow get used to the taste so that I can hopefully experience the benefits others have stated they have experienced. I hate to take a bunch of pills, which is why I tried this subliminal but gheesh this is hard. I'll try to remember to come back with an update once I get more in the groove of tasting awfulness several times a day.

It tastes awful so it must be good right? Unsure of it's effects on brain and memory. I continue to take it hoping to see some results but after 2 months, nothing noticable.
