I always have that feeling where I feel I need to stretch my back and 'crack' it. I'm 6'5" so often find I'm hunched over a little and struggle to keep good posture but literally just a couple of days with a session each on this stretcher and I genuinely feel like I stand and sit straighter. My back had that satisfying little 'cracking', and after a couple of minute laid on it even in it's lowest setting, my back felt looser, similar to the feeling just after a massage. Would definitely recommend for anyone with similar back issues.

I don't have a significant posture problem, but noticed that lately I have been sitting with a hunched back. With lumbar support, at first it felt quite hard but within 2-3 days, my back was used to it. I have not used it a lot, but mainly when I wake up, I lie down on the mat and this lumbar support. I feel like my back actually relaxes and stretches with it. I am yet to see its long term effect. Also, I am planning to give it to one of my family members who has got a mild scoliosis and let's hope it works. Also, since there is no proper manual on how to use it, so I had to check it out on youtube. It would be nice if there is a proper manual on how to assemble and use it.

I can't give proper stars yet, because it's only just arrived and I haven't tried it. Does anyone know what the included black strap is for? There's nothing about it in the instructions.

I bought it for my wife. After a week of use, the pain in the lower back became tolerable . The tingling in her hands and feet, which made her unable to sleep, stopped. Incredible, how such a small piece of plastic can change a person’s life. I sincerely recommend.

Very sturdy. Helps ease hip and back pain and also a good support on chairs. I use it to tilt my pelvis forward. Lovely!

More than I bargained for. Not very comfy to start with but once you get used to it, the pain relief is fantastic. I will be honest and say I didn’t know what to expect with this but definitely better than I thought it would be. Here’s hoping the pain in my back and my posture starts to improve.

I must be doing it wrong, as the plastic is so hard I can only bend it into the first notch. How do you bend it enough to slot into the other notches?
