My husband and I use it everyday before bed, it makes us sleep more easily and comfortable after a whole day work.

Worth pointing out that this costs $300 from the US amazon site and is regularly discounted - which still makes it much cheaper than the usual UK quoted price, even with all taxes included.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. When we unboxed it, the foot massager had scratches on both sides and looked used. Very disappointed, especially for the high price. Not acceptable.

I get that I'm in UK, and all plugs are standard, but this one sparks confusion. And is missing the holder on the zipper, The device doesn't feel 500£ it feels more like 250, like half of the price. It won't come with a remote, shocker... I had a 90£ device for the feet, it was awesome. Shame it had to be changed.

SCAM — Avoid This Seller I purchased this device 2nd of February 2026, and unfortunately, my experience with both the product and the seller has been extremely poor. Firstly, as many other customers have mentioned, the plug supplied with the device was not suitable for the UK. After contacting the seller, they eventually sent me an adapter to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, the device then started repeatedly tripping the electricity at my home, causing the main circuit breaker to switch off. This clearly appeared to be a fault with the device. I contacted the seller again, and after some back and forth, they eventually agreed to have the faulty product returned and send me a replacement. However, the replacement was never sent. This is where the situation became particularly concerning. The seller instructed me to return the faulty device and promised to refund the return shipping costs. They repeatedly told me to contact them directly and specifically advised me not to raise the issue with Amazon. Following their instructions, I returned the device to the USA. Because of the size/weight and international shipping, the return cost me £145. I provided the seller with all the requested receipts and proof of shipping. After this, the seller claimed they were having issues processing the refund because Amazon supposedly capped the amount they could refund. We went back and forth for months, with the seller repeatedly delaying the issue. Eventually, I contacted Amazon directly. Amazon advised me that I should have contacted them much earlier and that I should not have paid the £145 return shipping cost myself based on the circumstances. Amazon also attempted to contact the seller to resolve the issue, but the seller ignored Amazon as well. According to Amazon, the seller appeared to be delaying the process in an attempt to push the case beyond the A-to-Z Guarantee timeframe, which significantly limited what Amazon could do to help me. As a result, I have been left £145 out of pocket for returning a faulty product, despite the seller explicitly promising to reimburse the shipping cost. I also looked further into the company and found information that raised additional concerns about the business address they provide in the USA. It appears that the address may be shared or used by multiple companies, which raises questions about the company's actual location and legitimacy. Its now August and the seller has stopped reply to both me and amazon. My recommendation I would strongly advise against buying this product from this seller. The product itself developed a serious electrical fault, the replacement that was promised was never sent, and despite being told that my £145 return shipping cost would be refunded, I was never reimbursed. The way the seller handled the situation, particularly repeatedly asking me not to involve Amazon and then delaying the refund process for months, was extremely concerning. In my opinion, this seller is not trustworthy and I would not recommend buying from them.

I impulse bought this after seeing it on an episode of Hard Knocks where it was given as a gift. Even though it seemed like an obvious product placement, I was intrigued. I knew foot massagers existed but I was unaware of the calf muscle option. I’ve owned it for a week and use it for 15 minutes on my feet and 15 minutes on my calves daily. I’m 59.5 years old, have type 2 diabetes, and have suffered from plantar fasciitis in the past. First, the feet. I’ve been using the lowest setting with all four options (heat, air bags, vibration, rollers) working. I lay it flat on the floor and let it time out at 15 minutes which is plenty. The rollers work the outside and toes of your feet vigorously but don’t affect the arch, or at least not mine. I use a massager for that. The air bag compresses and releases pressure into your feet which is worth the price of admission. For the calves/ankles, I lay it flat again on a stool in front of my couch. I had to experiment to see what position worked for me. The rollers really don’t offer much but the airbags once again are the star of the show. I’ve set this on the second lowest level and I believe this has greatly improved my circulation. My feet are size 11.5 and I believe a bigger foot would still benefit, maybe up to 15, although I’m just guessing. It’s fairly big and heavy, maybe the same as a small microwave oven. I choose to move it in and out of my living room for each use, but that may not be realistic for some. As far as value, it comes with a 1 year guarantee. Being Canadian, I paid 260 plus tax delivered to my door, so even if i had to replace this after 2 years it would cost me 50 cents a day. Well worth it, although I’m hoping for far longer. Also, apart from what I feel is a physical health benefit, there is also the stress relief I enjoy for the half hour a day I use this. I think this is an excellent product. Thanks Miami Dolphins!

This is the best among the ones that I have used

This is amazing, but dont be a dummy, follow the recommendations for usage. I went way way way over the recommended time and woke up the next day with a big ‘ol rub burn on my calf and the bottoms of my feet felt bruised. If used correctly it’s fabulous. I have a constant sensation of super tight calfs (i say sensation because massage therapists say my calfs arent tight at all). After using this for ten minutes i can walk around and i dont feel my calfs at all! Im not numb, lol, but normally im always very aware i have calfs because they are constantly screaming at me, using this they become quiet. I wish you could choose just squeeze without the massage because sometimes all i need is a bit of pressure and vibrations for circulation

I have issues with my feet. I sustained an injury 20 years ago, and was always able to deal with the pain. Recently, that old injury has made standing on my feet for long periods of time unbearable. I knew I needed some kind of relief. I read the reviews for this unit about 2 years ago, but decided to go with a Brookstone unit, because I was familiar with their brand name. I had two Brookstone units that completely failed in under 3 months with very light use. I had never used or tried any mechanical foot massaging device before the Brookstone purchase. That unit felt great to me at that time because I was having major foot pain issues, and it provided relief. But the motor was weak, and it did not take much for the motor to completely go out with mild usage. I saw this unit on sale during a Black Friday sale for $149 dollars, which was a steal. So, I decided to give it a try. My expectations were low because I had never heard of the brand Cloud before. I expected it to be less effective than Brookstone because Brookstone has been manufacturing all kinds of massage devices for years. I thought I would use it, and send it back if it did not massage my feet well, or if the motor died shortly after use. For $149, I did not think I had much to lose. I was so wrong about this product and brand. I have used this device almost every night, and some times, for back to back to back sessions. The motor is able to handle it, and it massages my painful foot enough to provide me with temporary relief. It provides a deep massage on the lowest setting, so much better than the Brookstone unit. You have options to increase the intensity, and make other adjustments to customize your massage experience, which I have done when my feet are really ailing me. I have a tendency to go for the brand that has been around forever, and that has cornered the market if given an opportunity when it comes to appliances. My bias is thinking that they have figured it out through trial an error and experience. I believe that is true in a lot of cases, but every now and then, some one new comes into an established market, and they make a better product. Cloud's product was better than Brookstone in every respect, including having a more powerful motor. I cannot compare this product to other massagers because I have only used the Brookstone unit and this one. I can say this blows the Brookstone Shiatsu massager out of the water. I was very surprised in a pleasant way. The fact that it was only $149 during Amazon's Black Friday sale was just the cherry on the top. This product was worth the full asking price and has brought my injured foot so much relief over the course of a year.

The Cloud Massage is well built; sturdy and professional looking. And, it's powerful. I use it for my calves and l set the intensity at the second lowest level. I imagine I'd set it higher if using it for my feet. A clever setting is the 'swaying motion', where the air pressure pads slowly move your calves (or feet) from left to right, allowing the massage to cover wider areas of your calves. However, I do have a complaint, and therefore I score it 4 instead of 5. It’s obvious the Cloud Massager is primarily made to massage the feet but can be used for calves. There are 3 sets of rollers in each slot, a small one for the heel of the foot, another small one for the front pad, and a larger roller for the middle, arch of the foot. These don't sit in a horizontal line, but rather in an arc, or downward curve, so that when your feet sit on them, the rollers fill the contour of the foot, with the centre arch roller slightly raised above the other two end ones. It's a perfect fit for the foot. I did a quick massage on my feet, just to test it, and it's a glorious massage. But it's not as great for the calves (which is my primary interest) because calves are opposite in shape, with feet having a natural arch with the centre up higher than the heel and front, and where a calf has a bulge in its centre, pointing downward (when your legs are on the horizontal). So, the fit isn't as good. Only the centre roller is ever in contact with the calf and as a result, only a small section can be massaged. My workaround is to shift my legs up, or down during the massage, to ensure the whole length of the calf gets treated. It works pretty well, and my fat, stiff calves do feel better, afterward. Tip: I actually push the massager away from me, or toward me, as opposed to moving my legs, and only when the pressure pads release the legs at regular intervals. This works well if lying the massager on an ottoman in front of your sofa. Again, it's a very good, well built massager, but if your primary focus are the calves, there may be a better option, because of the shortcoming mentioned. Still, it's a keeper for sure.
