This sealer works better than other concrete sealers I have used in the past, as it is a water based product cleanup of my sprayer was a breeze. You can see it working the rain beads up and runs off.

It works. I ran out part way through applying it. I’m going to order more to apply it a couple more times to my deck above my garage. Before I applied it to my concrete patio, rain water would leak through and cause ceiling chunks inside my garage to fall on my car. I applied it a few days ago and the first rain since then was today. I noticed a massive improvement, as the only water that got through today was in a small area that I didn’t get thorough coverage on. I’d recommend 2-3 applications, because one coat did a decent job, but still leaked in a few areas I did cover, but not terribly. Plus, my concrete does have some cracking, so I can’t blame the product for that. I’ll give this stuff an A+. It’s not too expensive and I’m getting the results I hoped for. It also did not discolor anything. I can tell, because the parts I sprayed are still the same color as the concrete I was unable to coat when I ran out.

Did what we wanted, sealed the floor, had to buy a sprayer but beyond that it wasn't complicated. Mix, spray, dry, move on with life. So far holding up pretty good (used to seal old garage floor). However the down side is while parts of the floor are just normal, other sections are like walking on black ice. You can't see where its more slippery and suddenly you are sliding. Barefoot, socks and even hiking shoes. My suggestion would be to paint over or try something else if you are worried about slipping. The whole floor was prepped the same and done at the same time, so we don't know the what caused the difference. Really if you are looking from something to just do the floor this is your product, we put down locking mats over it to prevent slipping around, but if you have other plans go for it.

The Eco advance concrete waterproofer only starts to fully protects the concrete after a minimum of 3 coatings as accordance to the recommended usage mix. However, dependent of the weather and intensity of wear to the protective layers applied, additional layers of covers of up to 7 coatings must be formed before the concrete surface is fully sealed and achieve water repelling effects for up to 3 years. Having this said, the weather conditions here is tropical with usual between 24 degree celsius low to highest recorded temperature at 36 degrees celsius. Monsoons season with much tropical squalls and rain are expected 2-3 months in a year atypically. My summary of eco advance water proofer will be 1 gallon is insufficient to completely seal off cemented concrete flooring of size 2 sqm under as such conditions. But the gesture and mission of making the product environmentally friendly is kind and good. If the product is less costly or seasonal promotional discounts are offered, would be safe to assume more productive feedbacks.

This stuff repels water. Sprayed it on a brick hearth and the next day, rain beaded up and flew right off. Then I sprayed the concrete foundation, some pavers, and my stucco pizza oven and it works great. Water literally bounces right off and does not soak in like it used to. Too early to tell how long it will last, but initial functionality is great. As usual, I think negative reviews are either screwing up the mixing, or using inappropriately or for the wrong job. No, this stuff will not seal a 1/4 inch crack and prevent water from getting in. Use your head. It is designed to seal the microscopic pores in brick or concrete so water doesn't soak in or through.

Just replaced a concrete driveway with concrete pavers. This was easy to mix and applied with a small pressure tank. Used about 13 oz per gallon. After drying and curing, water beaded on the pavers after each rain storm. Can really see how this penetrated and sealed the pavers. Will now see how long this lasts.

I fixed a leaking concrete bird bath with this product - I first filled obvious cracks with hydraulic cement and then treated the bird bath with 3 coats of this product. Worked like a charm!

This is easy to apply and produced water that beads up and either runs off or evaporates. Unknown durability as it was just applied last month. Did not yield the coverage indicated by the manufacturer however it is still worth every penny to me.

I've been looking for something like this for a while now. A great waterproofer for my Jesmonite items, especially plant pots. Very easy to use, just mix with the required amount of water and keep in a closed container when not in use. Will last for ages.

I have been trying different sealing products for our concrete driveway ever since it was installed in 1999. There were products that work Ok ranging from hardware store to specialty store but I was never overly impressed by the result but we put up with those sealing product until this year! After much research we came across the Eco Advance Waterproofer Concentrate and there are good reviews by users! The cost is no worse than what I have been using but the difference showed up on how easy to apply and how well the result showed up after the very first rain fall! I will certainly recommend it and I did to my two neighbours already!!

Project ... weather sealing a 30 feet high field stone and mortar chimney. Decided to use a small hand sprayer. Gave me more control on spraying specific spots which are more exposed to the elements. If too much product applied on one spot, streaking will occur and show running down on stones. I was able to control that with the small hand sprayer. Was able to do three light coats using all 16 oz. Suggest wearing a mask not to breathe in the overflowing mist. Just had a nice downpour recently and it appears this product does what it is intended for. The rain water is now streaking down the stones and mortar. Happy with the results.
