Q: How much weight does this cup holder called?

Q: I have a Drive rollator with flat tubing, not round. Will this holder work on it?

Depending on how you want the cup to be oriented, it should mount on square or round frame tubing near hand grips. The cup mounting clip is very sturdy and easily adjustable for any position securely.
