The item arrived with white stains and doesn’t look new at all. Very poor quality for this price.

super comfy and great for big guys, i’m 6’3 300 and it is perfect for me!

I bought this under the impression it was the same as my office chair, but there's no back support. The knob in the front doesn't work to tighten or loosen the recline. The Fedex driver delivered it at the wrong location and had the "this side up" upside down. I am unsure if it was damaged during transit. I spoke to representative who explained there was no tilt support, feels like I was mislead by. "TENSION CONTROL : Experience the perfect reclining with this office chair featuring tension control and. Simply adjust the tilt tension with the knob beneath the chair" I'll be returning it, I am disappointed it didn't have back support otherwise this would have been kept. P.S. gave them a 1 star because despite their description being inaccurate they charged me a "restocking fee" when the chair was still in it's original wrapping, stay away. Warning, stay away. I'll be reporting them to Amazon and disputing the rest with my credit card.

Two pieces broken off, poorly packed, no assembly instructions. Overall disappointing. Also stated misleading delivery date of overnight, it showed up 6 days later with vague updates.
