This wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but it was true to its description.

This product is a good source of chelated magnesium. I have used it for years and although I have Chron's disease it does cause diarrhea.

Product is OK but the pills are very large. If you can swallow large pills I would say this product is worth buying.
