Topo AthleticMen's FLI-Lyte 3 Road Running Shoe

I love to run every day. I've had foot problems due to a bunion, high arches, and occasional planter fasciitis. I've tried several of the main brands recommended by Runner's World. I had a physical therapist who specializes in runners' problems analyze my running and habits. She recommended I try these shoes. They have made all the difference! I've had no foot problems since changing. They're pretty durable: ~500 miles per pair. Highest recommendation.

Earlier this year during early COVID-19, I was looking for a new running shoe that would be light, good for running, crossfit, and has a near zero drop. A friend who owns a running shoe store recommended these and picked me up a pair. The Topo Athletic Men's FLI-Lyte 3 fit the bill perfectly. Very light (8.4 oz) and durable. The 3mm drop was great for running with a toe or mid-sole strike. Note that if you are used to running with a steeper drop shoe you should start with shorter runs and work up in these. I have used them for both running and crossfit workouts. Note that there is no rope protection for CrossFit workouts and they will get shredded on ropes. The toe box is wide and allows the foot to spread upon striking. I liked these shoes so much I bought 2 more pairs and they are my go to workout shoe at the moment. The ones pictures in this review are about a month old and have held up well to my 5k runs. Overall a great shoe for someone looking for a lightweight near zero drop. extremelly happy w these. i ran on brooks for about eight years. however they completely changed their beast model to a complete trash. it used to be top notch running sneaker for people w arch tall heavy people. no more. i started looking again and ran across review on youtube about this shoes. this shoe is completely different from the brooks beast in anatomy and build. this shoe is trying to emulate running as close to running surface as possible. despite that there isnt that much cushion and arch support the shoe is extremely comfortable and very light. took me week or two to adjust my stride and posture for this shoe. love these shoes. found my running buddy! TOPO PLEASE DO noT CHANGE THE SHOE LIKE BROOKS DID!

Took these bad boys on a trip and I walked A LOT. I hit an average of about 20-25,000 steps (8-10miles) a day for about a week. I carried a heavy bag for 2 days during the trip as well. I even had to run a few times during the trip and these were light and sweet to run in 👍These shoes kept up well and my feet appreciated it. Most shoes don’t often have enough toe space to splay but these do and I felt the difference. I would buy these again once this pair gets obliterated

These shoes arrived on a rainy weekend so I wore them around the house for two days. They seemed great, comfy & nice looking. However, I then wore them to work where I'm on my feet most of the time, and they didn't work out so well. Just not enough support for being on my feet all day. So I will wear them out & about running errands or socializing. I do not find them suitable for anything else. Too bad.

Has been my favorite running shoes since I got two pairs in May. Durability and wear seem good. Longested run in them so far was a 50 miler. I prefer these to the recent Altras I've bought.

They lived up to the reviews I had read. Initially the sole was firm and took a few runs to start breaking it in. They get more comfortable with each run. Lightweight and bright, which I like. I own their trail runner as well. Ill own a few more of these.

This is my second pair of this brand of shoe. The fit is perfect. This shoe has a gel sole. I'm not sure how well that will last overall. My other pair that didn't have a gel sole lasted 8 years before the support started giving away. I look forward to seeing how well this one holds up
