It seems to work
Not the greatest smelling product, but it seems to work.Since I just finished my last batch of Karvol from SA, I can advise that the ingredients for Karvol include Cinnamon Oil and Chlorobutol, the rest are pretty similar to Klearvol.

Effective for blocked nose
Great for stuffy nose. Capsule can be hard to open without it getting on fingers, but easy to use oncenopen and the smell is lovely. Seems to help my kids when full of cold.
